Return Policy and Order Cancellations
No cancellations, returns, refunds or exhanges unless an item has been damaged or lost in transit. Because of the nature of vintage and found objects used in our jewelry, items may have a worn or imperfect appearance; yet are not defective and form the characacter of the piece.
Artwork Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-310-394-2425, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm PST, so we can arrange to have it inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials. If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Strung Out Stuff will pay the return-shipping costs.
You may return only damaged item(s) within 14 days of receiving it.
If your item(s) cannot be replacd, exchanged or repaired, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt of your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or altered by wearing. You will receive an email (if one provided) when Strung Out Stuff receives your return. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-310-394-2425, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm PST.
Any order that is not a special order or custom order can be cancelled prior to shipping the work. Please email us at strungoutstuff.com or call us at 1-310-394-2425 to cancel an order. Orders are usually shipped usually within 1 - 2 business days of receipt of order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
